Staying in a tiny town of kalva doesn't give you much gourmet options! But super tasty, pocket friendly options! If you know what to chose and from where, the town can be a total foodie delight! All you need, is a good palate and of course a foodie friend who updates you all about it!
One such yummiest suggestion is what I had today, Wasn't my first time, but so tasty and zingy that it truly deserves a mention! Well, I'm talking about the Lollypop Masala Dry served by 'Viki Chinese'. A humble, simple and a tiny little shack, which has always a group of loyal customers, and take away members!
Well talking about this 'Lollypop Masala Dry'
, the moment it comes in front of you, you can actually 'smell' all the aromas sizzling in those drumsticks! With Crisp noodles soaked in a generous amount of onion and spring onions kind of 'dry gravy' flavoured absolutely in strong punchy flavors such as ginger, garlic and all that goodiness. In it's own way it glorifies Indianised Chinese! The dish looks excruciatingly spicy, but when you bite into that moist tender chicken, you would realise, that spiciness is not the hero of this dish, but good flavours is what it is all about! All this for just 110/- bucks, which can be shared by 2 people minimum. Who knew, happiness could come so cheap!
Next time you are hungry in this humble town, do not forget this simple place, with the joilliest manager uncle you would ever find! And yes, everything on the menu is quite yummy, but don't forget to order the yummiest ;)
